How thoughtful library folks were today....

Today, at the TSLA and Regional Directors meeting, I was takin' back at how folks were so nice to honor me due to my upcoming retirement as Clinch-Powell Regional Library director. The cake, flowers, and the gift box that was wrapped so cute, were all very thoughtful. My gifts will be used for their designated purposes. My understanding is that the Opry will be going back to the Ryman during the winter months. So, I will be watching out for a particularly good weekend's line up. My car will appreciate being fed at the Citgo gas station. I will use the crayons and the coloring book with my cousin's grandson who loves to color pictures.
Formal "thank you" notes will be forthcoming, but I just wanted to share some thoughts and pictures on my blog with you while it was all fresh in my head.
